If you are using a bill payer service, you will need to provide the payment service with your 16 digit account number located at the top of the coupon. If you are sending a check directly to the lockbox you will need to include your 16 digit account number on the check.

Please remember that your payment is due on the first of the month. Payments may take several days to be posted to your account. In order to avoid late charges, payment should be mailed several days before the due date.
